The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and VP of People. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the executive team. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong presence and discretion and an intentional focus on enabling efficiency for executive leaders.

This is a professional level, exempt position with a base annual salary and the potential for bonus and incentives. The salary range is $65,000 to $85,000 and will depend fully upon skills and experience. The position has the potential to pay more with significant direct experience.
This position is eligible to participate in standard benefits which currently include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K with a match and a generous PTO plan.
Full-time position, primarily office based. Flexibility in working hours may be required to support executive schedules and company events. Occasional offsite support may be required for larger events or activities. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs., walk, bend, twist, work at a computer, use office equipment like a laptop, printer and telephone. This is an on-site role based in Centennial Colorado, requiring a 5-day standard workweek.
