Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
• Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and conferences
• Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information
• Assist with special projects and undertake research as required
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
