RIPEA is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to helping Indiana’s public employees retire well—through advocacy, education, and meaningful member support. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Executive Director in driving this mission forward.
What you’ll be doing:
This isn’t a typical admin job. You’ll be at the center of the organization—helping leadership stay focused, ensuring projects move forward, and supporting initiatives that directly improve the lives of retirees across the state.
- Serve as a trusted right-hand to the Executive Director
- Coordinate board activities, leadership communications, and key organizational priorities
- Keep projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional workstreams on track
- Strengthen internal operations, systems, and communication workflows
- Support meaningful work across the Association, Foundation, and Insurance Trust
