What You'll Do

• Own the CEO's world — manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, orchestrate daily logistics, and ensure every hour is optimized with precision and foresight
• Make travel seamless — arrange domestic travel, build detailed itineraries, and handle logistics end-to-end (light travel required approximately twice per year)
• Keep meetings productive — prepare agendas, capture detailed notes, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable to follow-through
• Be the voice in the room — draft and manage professional correspondence, documents, and internal communications on the CEO's behalf
• Protect the CEO's time — serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, investors, and external stakeholders
• Stay five steps ahead — anticipate shifting priorities, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve
• Grow with us — take on increasing responsibility for special projects and strategic initiatives as the company scales

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional supporting C-suite or senior leadership
• A bachelor's degree (preferred) and a track record of operating at the highest levels of professionalism
• Exceptional organizational skills — you're the kind of person who builds the system and then works it flawlessly
• The ability to manage competing priorities, make sound judgment calls, and stay calm when things move fast
• A natural ease with ambiguity, startup energy excites you, not intimidates you
• Unwavering discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
