Jaká bude tvá náplň práce?

• podporovat Partnera při plnění jeho úkolů – hledáme "pravou ruku", která bude postupně přebírat důležité úkoly, nejen zpracovávat emaily.
• být klíčovou osobou pro Partnerův tým v administrativních činnostech,
• pomáhat Partnerovi, s čím je třeba – od formátování smluv přes fakturaci po organizování schůzek. Práce je pestrá a do velké míry kopíruje pracovní den Partnera,
• uvítáme vlastní aktivitu a pomoc při organizaci pravidelných akcí pro zaměstnance a spolupracující advokáty,
• nezbytná je spolupráce napříč firmou a plnění ad-hoc úkolů.

Jaká máme očekávání

• tvá proaktivnost, samostatnost, pečlivost a zodpovědnost je samozřejmostí,
• umíš prioritizovat a efektivně nakládat s časem,
• dokážeš zachovat diskrétnost
• bezchybná čeština je nezbytná, angličtina aktivní na úrovni B2 (aktivně komunikuješ s klienty či kolegy z jiné země a naše interní systémy jsou v angličtině)
• používáš Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams... pokud si ale s něčím nevíš rady, vždy někdo pomůže. Při formátování právních dokumentů pomáhá i speciální tým z centra sdílených služeb)
• znáš systém SAP (rádi naučíme).

Zkušenost s asistentskou pozicí je podmínkou. Výhodou je předešlá praxe v advokátní kanceláři; nemáš-li, není to překážka, rádi ti poskytneme vhled do právnického světa.
