Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential documents.
- Assist in planning and executing company events or meetings.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
