Bupa Group Internal Audit (GIA) is a global function comprised of over 120 dedicated professionals. With teams physically based in 8 strategic locations - Australia, Hong Kong, Poland, Madrid, México, Chile, Türkiye, and the UK - GIA’s role is to support Bupa’s Board and Management in achieving our purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. We use our best-in-class expertise in internal controls to bring value to Bupa.
The purpose of this job is:
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide professional and proactive support to the Chief Audit Officer, Director of Audit, and the Heads of Audit Leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations across local and global teams, enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare high-quality meeting materials, and act as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on confidentiality, discretion, and collaboration, you’ll help nurture a dynamic culture as we transform and grow the business.
