About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will primarily support the SVP/VP of the Disney business in APAC, while also providing support to the broader APAC leadership team as needed. You will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and business support to senior executives, working closely with the SVP/VP and collaborating across regional and global stakeholders. • Prepare, organize, and maintain executive documents and records; process expense reports and timesheets as required.
  • Support senior executive visits, leadership meetings, and internal/external events in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Provide additional administrative or coordination support to the APAC leadership team as needed, while maintaining primary focus on SVP/VP support.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, executive environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Ability to think proactively and anticipate executive needs.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when business needs are required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
