·Partnering with stakeholders, peers, and cross-functional groups to support team operations and ensure alignment

·Tracking action items and supporting follow-through on key team priorities

·Providing cross-coverage and backup support for other assistants

·Supporting ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

·Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior stakeholders, or 5 years in a comparable administrative role. Prior experience in a law, accounting, audit, or other regulatory setting is strongly preferred.

·Experience operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities

·Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

·Strong judgment and decision-making skills, a trusted thought partner for supported stakeholders

·Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

·High level of professionalism and reliability
