Executive Assistant

Location: Lehi, Utah

As an Executive Assistant at Serenity Healthcare, you will be a pivotal member of our team, providing comprehensive support to our medical executives. This role demands a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to manage diverse priorities with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative support to executives.
• Effectively manage complex calendars and schedules.
• Meticulously monitor multiple messaging and email platforms, responding on behalf of the Provider as required.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity in tracking key action items and issues.
• Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and gather relevant information for meetings.
• Anticipate needs and proactively complete other relevant tasks as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting a high-level professional.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating common sense in decision-making.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a commitment to timely follow-through.
