The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization.Executive SupportManage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and minutes
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or escalate as appropriate
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and decision-making
Operational CoordinationOrganize travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas if required)
Process expense reports and monitor budgets related to executive activities
Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
Support project coordination and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Stakeholder ManagementServe as a primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners
Administrative & Strategic SupportAssist in preparing business documentation, communications, and presentations
Support leadership team meetings, town halls, and offsite events
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and workflows
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives
Experience in fast-paced or multinational environments is an advantage
Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
