Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with an $850 million Indiana Bank in their search for an Executive Secretary. This position is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the leadership team with professional-related logistics and coordination enabling the group to work as efficiently as possible. This role will coordinate, plan, and organize the CEOโs calendar and schedule, produce reports, make travel arrangements, and streamline communications and tasks. Organizing meetings, events, and maintaining records are important tasks of this position as well as effective communication, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus. At least five years of administrative assistant experience with at least three years of experience supporting executives is required. This is an onsite position.
