A construction company is seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role requires someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who can manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and daily coordination
Coordinate communication between executives, clients, vendors, and project teams
Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and records
Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups across multiple projects
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands
Requirements:
Proven office experience as an administrative role.
Strong ability to manage fast-paced, high-demand environments
Experience in construction or a related field - a plus.
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
