Our client company in Raipur is seeking a Female / Male professional Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion and the ability to manage confidential information. The EA will act as the right hand to the MD, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, communications and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support to the Managing Director
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
• Draft, review and manage correspondence, reports and presentations
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
• Ensure timely follow‑up on tasks, projects and communications
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
• Support office administration functions as required
• Prepare minutes of meetings and track action items for completion
• Assist in strategic initiatives by coordinating with the leadership team

Requirements

• Any Graduate Female / Male with strong administrative and organizational skills
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS‑Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong time management, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Preference for candidates with prior exposure to corporate environments
