Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Leadership

  • Serve as the strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team
  • Manage executive calendars with precision and foresight
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost discretion
  • Take detailed meeting notes and ensure effective follow-up on action items

Communication Hub

  • Act as the central point of communication for executive leadership
  • Screen and prioritize communications with strategic thinking
  • Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Transform complex technical information into clear, actionable communications

Digital Presence Management

  • Own and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Create engaging content that showcases our innovative culture and technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
  • Track social media metrics and adapt strategies for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with company initiatives
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices

Event & Project Coordination

  • Orchestrate executive meetings, tech conferences, and company events
  • Manage comprehensive travel arrangements for leadership team
  • Support special projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a technology-focused environment
  • Proven track record of social media management and growth
  • Experience with digital content creation and management

Technical Prowess

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with content creation tools and scheduling platforms
