We are building a talent pool for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with Social Media Support. This role is primarily focused on providing high-level administrative and executive support, while also assisting with basic social media management and content coordination

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can multitask effectively, and has both administrative and creative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize executive productivity
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct follow-ups and ensure deadlines and commitments are met
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation

Social Media Support

  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
  • Coordinate with internal or external teams for content requirements
  • Monitor messages, comments, and basic engagement
  • Support content creation (captions, simple graphics, or coordination with designers)
  • Track basic performance metrics and prepare reports

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role; experience in social media support is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, calendar and email management tools; familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills
