EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant performs high-level administrative and operational duties in support of the Chairman, President, and C-Suite executives. This role serves as a key gatekeeper, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This is a highly visible, trusted position requiring discretion, organization, and independence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as primary gatekeeper for executive communications
• Manage complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation
• Coordinate detailed itineraries and travel logistics
• Oversee flight scheduling, manifests, and compliance documentation
• Review and reconcile travel invoices
• Maintain confidential executive files and records
• Track P-Card transactions and receipts
• Manage foundation donations and communications
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and compliance
• Support property-related needs
• Handle special projects and executive requests
• Provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience supporting senior executives preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High discretion and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently
• Professional, polished demeanor
