You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Role Purpose

Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Screen calls and emails; handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
• Follow up on action items and track key deliverables
• Support event planning and special projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years’ experience supporting senior leadership
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
