itrek is a nonprofit organization with a mission to empower both rising and established leaders from diverse sectors to engage their networks in meaningful Israel experiences, fostering an understanding and appreciation of Israel’s unique culture, diversity, richness, and complex reality. Since its founding in 2011, more than 27,000 influential leaders representing 130 nationalities have traveled to Israel through itrek. In the last three years itrek has expanded its programs with itrek Launchpad, partnering with institutions and individuals to bring their professional networks to Israel, and with the absorption of REALITY from Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies.

Supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Assistant plays a critical role in managing executive operations, communications, scheduling, and strategic follow-through while also serving as a key ambassador for itrek in Israel. The role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented. This role will report directly to the CEO.
In addition to traditional executive support responsibilities, this role will help expand itrek’s Israel-based network by supporting the CEO in identifying, mapping, and cultivating relationships with speakers, thought leaders, institutions, and organizations. The Executive Assistant will contribute to building and maintaining itrek’s speaker portfolio and content database, ensuring treks are exposed to diverse, high-quality voices across sectors.
