We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of Development Management in managing daily schedules, communications, and key administrative tasks. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership while contributing to the success of high-value development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Head of Development’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Head of Development Management, maintaining professional relationships with internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare board-level reports, submissions, presentations, and other executive documentation.
  • Support the Development Team with contract administration, project reporting, and coordination of key deliverables.
  • Organise and attend meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Ensure efficient management of priorities, correspondence, and confidential information.
  • Provide high-level project management support, including tracking project updates, coordinating payment claims, and proactively managing follow-ups as required.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including expense reporting, document preparation, and project coordination.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role (3–5 years minimum).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Commercial property, investment, or professional services experience (highly desirable).
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure, while managing competing priorities.
