About the Company
We are a newly established Bulgarian entity backed by a Dutch renewable energy group. Our focus is on solar energy, battery storage, and related sustainable projects. This is a start-up environment with ambitious growth plans, aiming to employ 10 people in Bulgaria by the end of 2026.
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to take charge of our new office in Veliko Tarnovo. This role goes beyond traditional administration. You will support the company’s setup, coordinate with partners in Bulgaria and the Netherlands, and play a central role in developing our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for setting up and managing the office in Veliko Tarnovo.
Research and secure suitable office space.
Request and compare quotes from website developers, and prepare proposals on whether to outsource or manage in-house.
Establish and maintain communication with content creators and marketing partners.
Act as liaison with the accounting office and external partners.
Handle administrative tasks in the early stages (filing, scheduling, documentation, correspondence).
Support the Managing Director with daily operations and coordination between Bulgaria and the Netherlands.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of future staff as the company grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Dutch language skills are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple priorities.
Experience in administration, office management, or project coordination preferred.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to be hands-on in a start-up environment.
