This is a remote position.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior leadership to manage schedules, communications, documentation, and operational tasks. Ideal candidate understands Australian administrative and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle emails, correspondence, and client communication professionally
Support participant records and documentation
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Coordinate internal teams and follow up on action items
Assist with
compliance, service agreements, and documentation
Maintain accurate records and files
Liaise with Australian clients and stakeholders
Support general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications and Requirements
Experience working with
Australian companies or clients
Knowledge of
NDIS processes, participant plans, and compliance requirements is an added advantage
Experience with scheduling systems and administrative software
Previous experience as an
Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant
Excellent
spoken and written English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
