Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and responding to requests.

  • Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies and equipment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

  • 1-5 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
