Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and responding to requests.
Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
