Job Description

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as initial point of contact for all communications with internal personnel and external contacts.
• Handle confidential information and prioritize inquiries and requests.
• Manage complex calendars and schedules.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including flight and ground transportation, and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
• Handle all logistical arrangements for meetings including set up, A/V, catering, and guests as required.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and special projects as requested (sending gifts, dinner reservations, seasonal communications etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Positive "can-do" attitude and adept at interacting with people across all levels of the business and beyond.
• Skilled at multi-tasking, organizing, and providing top level customer service.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal instruction.
• High level of reliability, including ability to respond to occasional after-hours or weekend requests.
• Understands the importance of discretion and maintains confidentiality in all sensitive matters.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Required: High school diploma and 1-4 years of professional experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced business.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree and an interest in national news, politics, and current affairs.
