Aqua is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide support to our Chief Executive Officer and other members of our U.S. C-Suite team. The responsibilities will include traditional Executive Assistant duties as well as working on unique projects for the CEO in a fast-moving environment. You will use your expertise in managing calendars, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, monitoring, and responding to phone inquiries and email messages, and other business-related tasks. You will also support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed in support of the CEO and the business. You must come into this role with the ability to work autonomously and the ability to manage multiple tasks of equal/varying priorities with minimal supervision.
This position is based in Burlington, MA and will be hybrid between in-office and virtual work on a weekly basis. You may be required to travel with our executives on business trips.
