While certain responsibilities may require an on-site presence for meetings, events, or executive support needs, this role is designed to balance in-office engagement with remote work. QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment OR equivalent experience in project management or working in a cross-functional environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs, works efficiently, and demonstrates tenacity in seeing tasks through.
Must demonstrate strong technological proficiency, including the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and apply new digital tools, systems, and software.
