About Middle East Institute
Founded in 1946, the Middle East Institute is the oldest Washington-based institution dedicated solely to the study of the Middle East. It is a non-partisan think tank providing expert policy analysis, educational and professional development services, and a hub for engaging with the region's arts and culture.
The Middle East Institute is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff and the Executive Office. The position is suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization and seeks experience in administrative operations.
The Executive Assistant will manage a range of administrative tasks, including expense management, scheduling, record management, Salesforce support, and task coordination and follow-up across departments. The position requires professionalism, discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
