Job Description

Mellon Technologies seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the capability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings and events
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain and update confidential records and files
  • Coordinate and organize special events and meetings
  • Provide administrative support for presentations, meetings, and conferences
  • Create and refine documents, presentations, and reports
  • Assist in the coordination of various projects
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
