WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-up.
- Manage physician invoicing and reconciliation for hospital call coverage and physician reads.
- Prepare monthly practice metrics reports and support ad hoc operational data requests.
- Coordinate provider onboarding and physician candidate interviews, travel, and scheduling.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor/building-service needs.
- Handle mail, shipping, and secure routing of financial documents and payments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of executive, administrative, or healthcare operations support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and/or physicians strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with invoicing, reconciliation, and basic financial administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills — and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure.
