We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant / Strategic Analyst to work closely with the Director at the Corporate Head Office in Dubai. This is a hybrid role that goes beyond traditional executive support, requiring strong analytical capability, commercial understanding, and strategic thinking. The role is designed for a professional who can act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic and analytical support to the Director across business, financial, and operational matters
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of engineering, commercial, and financial data to support decision-making
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and board documentation
  • Support strategic reviews, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations across global operations
  • Track and follow up on key initiatives, action points, and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate high-level communication with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory)
  • Finance qualification or strong financial acumen preferred

Experience

  • Experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or senior executive support roles
  • Background in engineering, industrial, or multinational environments preferred

Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking, business modelling, and strategic interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with executive presence
