Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to company executives.

• Coordinate and manage complex scheduling, including meetings, travel arrangements, and events.

• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and reports.

• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

• Assist in project management and follow-ups on outstanding agendas.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

4. Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with scheduling tools.

5. Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
