A CEO is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth executive workflow. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-ups
Supporting bill payments, bookkeeping, and financial tracking
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting a senior executive
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Comfortable handling administrative and light financial tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
