YOU WILL HAVE A BROAD SET OF RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be at the heart of everything serving as an essential partner. As a highly organized, endlessly resourceful person, you will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Many days are fast paced, so keeping things running smoothly is key; the cost of any mistakes is high. Your role will vary day-to-day: ambiguity, changes in priorities and managing the needs of multiple senior leaders will be exciting to you.

You will support multiple members of our Value Creation team in a broad set of responsibilities:

• Schedules are overloaded; there’s a lot to do, and not a lot of time to do it. You will need to make sure it all works seamlessly.

• Organize calendars and schedules to accommodate back-to-back meetings across different time zones.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel and make sure all aspects of trips work seamlessly from start to finish.

• Our team travels often requiring occasional personal assistant support to keep work + life running smoothly.

• Track and submit expense reports across multiple accounts including international statements.

• Navigate a wide range of personalities to maintain alignment, engagement, and a positive working dynamic.

• While we can’t possibly cover everything, your role will encompass making our team and clients as productive and as happy as possible!
