Job Description

Join the the Production management team and report directly to Production Head

Identifying and resolving technical issues

Provide technical support and handle production incidents from internal/external customers

Proactively monitor production envirmoment in term of : Resource utilzation, API latency, API respone Code… others factor which may potentially cause production incidents

Collaborate with the team to deploy production changes/Release under CI/CD piplines.

Job Specification

Bachelor's Degree IT.

At least 3 year experience in IT with at least 1 year experience in DevOps Engineer.

Technical/Functional skills

1. Proficiency in using Linux/Unix systems
2. Hand-on experience using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tool such as Jenkins, GitLab CI,…
3. Experience in deploy, troubleshooting Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes,…
4. Cloud expertise: familiar with Cloud platform AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure. Certificate, experience with GCP is big plus.
5. Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk
6. Networking: Understanding of DNS, CDN, Load Balancers, VPNs, and general network troubleshooting
7. Databases: SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
8. Security: Basic understanding of security best practices, firewalls, VPNs, SSH, SSL/TLS
