The Executive Advisor Associate is responsible for strengthening and scaling the Executive Advisor program to maximize value for members and the business. You will ensure that the recruitment, onboarding, connection management, and commercial enablement of Executive Advisors are executed in a structured and strategic way. This role will accelerate member value, improve retention, and position the Executive Advisor program as a differentiator in the market.

Responsibilities include partnering on platform development, curation and strategy; expertly managing both new and existing relationships to enhance the overall experience; as well as serving as liaison between Product, MS and MD around engagement opportunities (internal storytelling/communication). The Senior Associate of the Executive Advisors platform will lead the effort to close existing gaps in the Executive Advisor network, create a centralized way to manage engagement, optimize utilization, and enhance retention while positioning the Executive Advisor program as a strategic growth driver for the organization.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain a diverse, high-impact pipeline of Executive Advisors aligned to member needs.
  • Partner across the business to identify evolving market trends, skill gaps, and industry priorities
  • Proactively engage and nurture relationships with prospective advisors to ensure readiness for deployment in a timely manner and close the gap between prospective advisor interest and activation to drive enthusiasm and measurable impact.
  • Facilitate and track high-value engagements, ensuring they are purposeful and mutually beneficial.
  • Implement follow-up and feedback processes to maintain quality and prevent missed opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to create testimonial assets, advisor success stories, and promotional content.
  • Develop and manage tiered access models to optimize advisor engagement across different World 50 offerings (e.g. launch groups, Series II).
  • Integrate advisors into new member onboarding, including personalized touchpoints to enhance retention.
  • Develop, update and maintain Advisor profiles. Improve alignment of Advisors to topic/member/format/member challenges and improve internal storytelling to ensure Advisor profiles are relevant.
  • Maintain 15-20 Executive Advisor and Admin relationships, including all coordination and communication between MS/GLs/Executive Advisors/EA to deliver 1:1 conversations between members and executive advisors, including reminders of calls, calendar holds, and data entry in Salesforce.
  • Maintain and monitor Advisor availability and communicate to MS/GL any roadblocks for schedules.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Member Services Associates and Group Leaders seeking Executive Advisor recommendations for potential connections.
