Job Description


Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to the Vice President and the department to ensure effective and efficient operations.


  • Provide administrative and operational support to multiple teams and executives, including calendar, meeting, travel, and event coordination.

  • Organize and maintain records, documents, reports, SOPs, policies, and confidential information.

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, training, onboarding, and business travel arrangements.

  • Assist with account reconciliation, payouts, gifting, expense reports, and event documentation.

  • Support executive presentations, KPI and coaching reports, and special projects.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

  • Conduct research, prepare correspondence and reports, and maintain organized filing systems.

  • Perform general office administration and other duties as assigned.

    • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
