Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements.
• Oversee the Master Executive Scheduler calendar and inbox, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely communication. (Ex.
Culture Club, Office Events, Holiday Invites).
• Coordinate logistics for catering, accommodations, and special requests for executives and visitors.
• Investor Relations calendar management, conference scheduling and all aspects of Quarterly Earnings preparation.
• Plan and execute cross-functional events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support. (ExTech Days, RedM,
Senate Luncheon).
• Prepare and support meetings end-to-end, including setting up Zoom/virtual platforms, testing technology, and ensuring
conference rooms and meeting spaces are fully equipped and ready.
• Support the distribution and logistics of company publications and reports, including shipping and mailing efforts (Annual
Reports, BHLs).
• Coordinate document management activities, including organizing, preparing, and notarizing official documents.
• Expense report, reconciliations and direct bill management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations through proactive problem-solving.

Salary:
$75,000/YR - 95,0000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
