Job Title: Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant
Position type: Full-time
Work hours: 40+ hours per week
Work days:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EDT
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EDT
- Candidate should be flexible to work a full 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EDT schedule (Monday–Friday) if needed to complete the full 40-hour work week based on operational requirements.
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour depending on experience

Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and appointment management
- Scheduling meetings and sending reminders
- Email and inbox management (sorting, prioritizing, responding)
- Managing phone calls, text messages, and communication channels
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Organizing digital files, systems, and workflows
- KPI tracking, reporting, and data management
- CRM and database updates
- Administrative and executive support tasks
- Assisting with operational projects and process improvements
- Managing newsletters and follow-up communications

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate with documentation and scheduling
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and systems
- Reliable internet connection and dependable work setup

Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
