The Aerospace Corporation isseekinganExecutiveAdministrativeAssistant(EA)toprovidesupportto theExecutive Vice President(EVP) As an integral member of theCorporateLeadership Team and organizational focal point, theEAwill ensure that administrative functions enableand achieveoperationalefficiency and organizational effectiveness. This role supports theEVP withenterprise andBoardof Directorsrelated coordination that involveshighly sensitiveand confidential information management. TheEAworks collaboratively withthe CEO’s officeand broaderadministrative teamsto provide exemplary customer service to our workforce, external partners,and customers.

This position is located in El Segundo, CA., requiring at least 4 days onsite.

WhatYouWill BeDoing

  • Serve as the lead executive administrative coordinatorfor the front officeonthecorporation’sEl Segundo campus: this role is thefront-lineinterface for internal and externalconnectionsto theexecutive team andwillfacilitatea professionalandformalrepresentationof our values and brand

  • Engageand coordinatewith senior leaders,various levels ofmanagement,Board of Trustees,externalpartners,and customers

  • Organize and prioritizecritical issues and informationtofacilitateresponsiveness andefficient decision making​

  • Leadspecial projects,tracks,manages,anddevelopsplans to achieve milestones within schedule

  • Establish andmaintainadministrative organization structure of meeting notes, briefings, white papers,and decisions for theEVP

  • Establish and continuously improve upon administrative processes and introduce best practices that enable and achieve operational efficiency and deliveroptimalcustomer service

  • Managegroup, corporate, and customer reports/deliverables/org charts(compile/edit/publish)

  • Prepare and sendcorrespondence, emails, letters, presentations on behalf of executive(s) 

  • Provide inputoncorporateand organizationalactivities and decisions,withfollow-upcommunications and coordination

  • Executeproactive, and complexcalendar,meeting,event planning, and datamanagement

  • Develop and manageEVPtravel planning andexpense reporting

  • Provide mentoring, training,and coverage when needed for thebroader administrative team

What You Need to be Successful

MinimumRequirements:

  • High School Diploma,GEDor equivalent

  • Prior experience providing C-Suite/Executive level administrative support

  • Mastery ofadministrative skillsproject management, organization,attention to detail, exceptionaland professionalcommunication skills (verbaland written)

  • Expert-leveltechnological fluencyinMicrosoft Office applications(i.e.,Outlook,Excel,Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)with confidence (anddemonstratedability) to quickly learn and navigatenew technologyplatforms

  • Mastery ofcommunicationand interpersonalskillsleadership, collaboration,proactiveproblem-solving, emotional intelligence, judgment, business acumen, and decision making

  • Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments andanticipateexecutive,team,andorganizationneeds

  • Ability tomanage and protecthighlysensitiveand confidentialinformation

  • Ability to workindependently,proactivelydeliver innovative solutions,and resolve issueswith minimal direction

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance , which is issued by the US government. US citizenship is required.

How You Can Stand Out

Itwould be impressive if you have one or more of these:

  • Current/Active TS/SSBI/SCI security clearance

  • Experience withmodern tools for collaboration and office software; basic familiarity with AI tools

  • Experience conducting data analysis

  • Financial acumen

  • Familiarity with Aerospace corporate organizational structures, policies, processes, and practices

  • Experience withcustomer relations or customer service

  • High energy, motivated, and willing tosolve problemsin ambiguous conditions when needed

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$50.40 - $75.60Pay Basis: Hourly
