Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a professional environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex priorities in a changing environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building professional relationships with various job functions.
  • Experience using productivity tools or AI technology to enhance administrative workflows.

US: $117000 - $171000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, establishing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and executive executives.
  • Execute tasks efficiently while navigating ambiguity and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow Executive/Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) to problem-solve and prioritize under pressure.
  • Drive operational efficiency by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies.
