This role will directly support Patient Progression and Home Care & Hospice, while additionally providing support to Quality, Legal, Managed Care and other functions as necessary. This will be on site, Monday through Friday.
Executive & Schedule Management
Manages complex and dynamic executive calendars, aligning competing priorities and proactively anticipating needs to maximize time efficiency
Coordinates internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
Screens, prioritizes, and responds to routine and sensitive communications on behalf of the executive
Board & Governance Support
Leads end-to-end coordination of board and committee activities, including agenda development, meeting logistics, minutes, nominations processes, and ongoing governance tracking
Ensures timely distribution of materials and maintains documentation consistent with compliance and organizational standards
Operational & Administrative Coordination
Serves as a central coordination point across multiple departments and senior leaders, facilitating communication and workflow across clinical, managed care, compliance, and legal functions
Supports highly time-sensitive processes (e.g., contract routing and executive approvals), ensuring 24/7 responsiveness as needed
Develops and maintains systems that enhance administrative efficiency, organization, and information flow
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Acts as a trusted partner and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including physicians, legal counsel, managed care teams, and system leadership
Maintains strong working relationships across diverse functional areas to enable effective coordination and execution of priorities
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handles highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism, exercising sound judgment in all interactions and decisions
