
Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Work Schedule: Traditionally Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: Hourly rate: $16.10
Travel: No travel
Brief Statement of Duties: Provide administrative support to the Dean of the College of Business, Assistant Department Head for Undergraduate Programs, Assistant Department Head for Graduate Programs and the entire College, including clerical, office management, contract knowledge, fiscal responsibilities, inventory control, file maintenance, function/event organization, personnel record maintenance, employee/student travel system training, faculty professional development accounting, student exit testing, website maintenance, assistance with course registration, and supervision of student employees. Provide assistance to internal/external constituents to resolve problems.
Required Education: High School Graduation or Equivalent
Required Minimum Work Experience: Five years of progressive office work experience, e.g., providing management support as well as independent creation/monitoring/oversight of the functioning of an office.

Ability to assist students with handling issues and answering questions related to degrees or programs.
Experience working in an academic department.
Supervisory skills.
