Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant, Member Experience
Reports To Executive Vice President, Member Experience
POSITION PURPOSE:
This position exists to provide direct administrative and organizational support to the Executive Vice President, Member Experience. The role focuses specifically on assisting the EVP with TCEC priorities, communication, scheduling, and coordination related to assigned responsibilities.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Internal Responsibility - Coordinate TCEC meetings, obligations, and deliverables for the Executive Vice President, Member Experience. Help ensure the EVP is prepared, informed, and organized so priorities move forward effectively. Receive, observe, and share appropriate feedback consistent with Tri-County Electric's Essential Attributes.
Support efforts that align with the cooperative mission of providing safe and reliable power at the lowest possible cost, while contributing to cooperative goals. Create an effective working environment that enables the EVP to lead people and manage tasks.
External Responsibility - Assist the EVP in coordinating communication and logistics with external stakeholders as needed, including partners, vendors, and community contacts. Serve as a professional point of coordination when acting on behalf of the EVP.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience should result in proficiency with Microsoft Office software and complementary applications that integrate effectively across platforms. Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and well-organized PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents is required. Ability to become functionally competent with cooperative software, systems, and evolving technology is expected.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must maintain intellectual curiosity that supports ongoing learning and thoughtful questions. Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to adjust communication style throughout the day to meet people where they are while encouraging positive progress. Ability to stand and walk; frequently sit for multiple hours at a time with brief transitions as needed. Must be observant.
Must be willing to adjust, adapt, and both offer and receive feedback regularly. Demonstrates a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to recommend practical paths forward.
