Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking an experienced Executive Administration Support at Lackland AFB.
Active TS/SCI, United States Citizenship, and willing to comply with SAP requirements are required to be considered for this position.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight expertise of MOA/MOU Programs, Service-Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements.
- Serve as the 67 COG requirements advocate during essential negotiations for all inter-service, intra-service agreements; develop, analyze, and coordinate programming and planning documents, and identify functions and tasks to be performed by participating organizations; formulate and provide guidance in the form of correspondence to other units concerning support matters; maintain the 67 COG Agreements library to ensure all agreements maintained are current and accurate; address and resolves problems with host base or parties involved in the documents.
- Provide civilian and military personnel human resource technical guidance, expertise, and management analysis, to compare, formulate, and recommend to 67 COG leadership courses of action, methods to meet mission needs, resource adjustments, improvements in efficiency, and maximization of Squadron resources use to ensure the 67 COG is capable of providing the necessary mission support to cyberspace operations.
- Assist in 67 COG production of reports/briefing as required by leadership along with maintaining the Task Management Tool (TMT) database.
- Assist in ensuring military programs, i.e., promotions, awards and decorations, and Professional Military Education (PME) selection are scheduled, coordinated and meet appropriate timelines for notification and submission to 67 COG, 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), 16 AF, and/or Air Combat Command for action.
- Provide administrative support utilizing various military and civilian personnel and administrative systems such as Virtual Military Personnel Flight (vMPF), Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM), MyPers, Defense Civilian Personnel System (DCPS, AKA “MyBiz+), Virtual Processing Center (vPC), Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA), Case Management System (CMS), LeaveWeb, SharePoint, Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (AFPAAS), the Defense Travel System (DTS) and the emerging “MyFSS” series of Air Force personnel management systems.
- Facilitate meetings for the 67 COG/CC, Squadron staff and maintain the CC’s calendar. Facilitation duties include: planning the meeting, providing the agenda and collaborating with members; identifying problem sets, developing courses of action, providing relevant information and suggestions at the meeting, recording minutes, submitting, and maintaining documentation resulting from the meeting in an appropriate electronic Government approved shared location.

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications / Requirements:
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
- 3-5 years supporting DoD/AF organizations
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications and other current computer applications, internal transactional applications, and the Internet
Education:
- Associate degree in a related business discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training; or work experience
Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITCS Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
