Job Description

To provide support and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters relevant to leadership team/s and the relevant office facilities.

Your new role

  • Ensure a wide range of administrative responsibilities are promptly and accurately completed for the relevant office facilities, staff, and leadership team
  • Prioritise, research and follow up on communications, issues and concerns addressed to the ExCom member/s for timely response and delivery
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships and communications
  • Receive and process purchasing requirements in accordance with the current policies and procedures
  • Coordinate travel bookings and expense reconciliation
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth delivery of administrative and reporting processes

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Project coordination experience
  • Tertiary qualifications preferably in business administration
  • Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
