FocusKPI is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend the contract depending on your performance & budget
Pay Range: $21 - 31/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to executives manage complex scheduling and other executive affairs, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
• Assist in meeting and workshop scheduling and meeting materials preparation, such as confirmations, welcome packets, final documents, mailings, name badges, and signage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the team Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, office facilities management, and shipping/receiving of orders on behalf of the team.
• Assist in office event planning and coordinating.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding preparation ordering a phone, laptop, business card, nameplate, desk assignment, etc.
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, media companies, or information centers preferred but not required.
• Education: BA degree
• Fluency in the Korean language is a plus.
• Computer/IT fluency required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office is required.
• Professional experience in information centers is an additional skill to have.
