Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Executive Admin Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own a UK executive diary, inbox and priorities.

Role overview

You will support a UK executive, owning their diary, inbox and follow-ups so they can focus on decisions rather than logistics. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive diary and inbox
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes and meeting minutes
• Coordinate travel and events
• Draft and send correspondence on their behalf
• Track actions and follow up with stakeholders

What you'll need

• Experience supporting a senior manager or executive
• Excellent written English and discretion
• Expert-level calendar and email management in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Confident with Slack, Zoom and Notion or similar
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

• Experience arranging international travel
• Familiarity with board or investor reporting
• Previous work with UK executives
