Job Description

HRSI is looking for executive admin for one of our leading client.


Job Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Assign daily duties to canteen staff.
  • Oversee inventory management of the canteen and toiletries.
  • Assign duties to factory custodial and supporting staff.
  • Maintain records of fire extinguishers, including refill and expiry dates.
  • Oversee housekeeping activities in the factory.
  • Coordinate drivers for the pick-up and drop-off of management staff.
  • Manage consumable items, such as fuel and diesel purchases.
  • Ensure the accuracy of local vendor supplies by matching delivered materials with delivery challans.
  • Record and maintain delivery challans for all local vendor supplies.
  • Management of head office staff.
  • Perform data entry for returnable and non-returnable material gate passes, vendor rejections, warranty claim parts, and material inward and outward gate passes.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
