The Executive Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management, growth, and overall success of assigned OEM medical device customer accounts across the full product lifecycle, including new product introduction (NPI), commercialization, sustaining production, and business expansion initiatives.
This role serves as the primary commercial interface between the customer and Biomerics’ cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Finance. The Executive Account Manager is accountable for building executive-level customer relationships, driving revenue growth, supporting operational execution, managing escalations, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction within a highly regulated contract manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen, operational understanding, executive presence, and the ability to lead complex customer relationships in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.
