We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 5 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting site employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and overseeing daily HR operations to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source suitable resumes through various job portals and recruitment channels based on site requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and screening interviews.
  • Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for site employees regarding HR-related concerns and queries.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

HR Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department and ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Maintain centralized employee records related to joining formalities, attendance, wages, resignations, promotions, transfers, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and generate HR reports as required by management.

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation and compliance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide statutory documents and compliance-related reports to various sites as and when required.
  • Coordinate with auditors, labor authorities, and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

Payroll & Separation Management

  • Support wage and attendance management processes.
  • Coordinate employee separation activities, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee documentation related to exits.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
